Prepare the cutlets/kebabs as per the instructions. Cut into small bite size chunks & keep aside. Beat the eggs with chopped onions & chillies. In a frying pan, add some oil & put the egg mixture like you prepare your omelette. As it’s cooking on one side, sprinkle the cutlet pieces around the omelette. Flip over & enjoy hot !
Alternatively, prepare your omelette and use the cutlets and some sliced fresh veg as stuffing and enjoy!
